Brazil Paiolinho by La Cabra
|Roaster||La Cabra, Aarhus, Denmark|
|Roaster Tasting Notes||Chocolate / Walnut / Maple Syrup|
|Origin||Chapadao de Ferro, Brazil|
Today we're drinking a coffee roasted by La Cabra, based out of Aarhus, Denmark.
La Cabra was founded in 2012 by Esben Piper, and is among the most internationally renowned Scandinavian Roasters. They are home to multiple Danish Barista Champions and Brewer's Cup Winners, and they ship coffee to home users and subscribers in over 40(!) countries.
La Cabra means 'the Goat' in Spanish – which is no doubt a hat tip to the jumping goats in the legend of how coffee was discovered.
Revolver had this to say:
Aroma is a mix of Tangerine, Yellow Peach and Honey. Cacao Nibs, caramel, and a hint of Pomegranate. Balanced.
